Not Your Mother's Apron My aprons are made from scratch. Some have come from patterns from the 1940's, others from current patterns that have been adapted to make them more user friendly. The fabrics used are mostly reproduction fabrics. There are also some fabrics that are vintage. By using vintage fabrics, you know that someone else enjoyed it in some other form at one time, be it as a curtain, skirt, or tablecloth.
Cooking should be enjoyed. Sometimes, it can be rather messy. So why not wear something fun, or dramatic, or charming, rather than a plain towel wrapped around your waist. |
