WE PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement with another item.   The refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will issue a full refund either when it is returned to us or has been inspected by the shipper.

How and when do you ship?

We use FEDEX Ground as our shippers.  Shipping will take a maximum of 3-6 days depending on your location's distance from Indianapolis.  Orders are normally sent within 5 business days after receipt of payment.   Shipping and handling is free for orders of $200  or more for customers in Continental United States. For International customers, standard shipping rates apply.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

No, unless you are purchasing within Indiana.

Are your products handmade?

ALL OF OUR WOODEN BOWLS AND OTHER PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE.  Our suppliers endeavour to ensure that only top quality items are sent and each item is checked before it is shipped to you.  Because of the handmade process, no two items will be exactly the same.  Invariably there might be some natural defects in the art and certainly does not detract from its natural beauty.

How do I maintain my wooden bowls?

Wooden bowls and items used for food can be hand washed in warm water using mild soap.  Dry with soft towel.  Do not immerse in the water.  NEVER put in dishwasher.  All other wooden items just wipe with a soft cloth.  The bowls can also be rubbed with orange oil.  Spray lightly on soft cloth first and then rub the bowl to help preserve finish.
