Walking canes are an essential part of rural African culture and daily life.  The cane is used as a protective weapon in the African bush against wild and dangerous animals.  It is also a symbol of prestige and tokenism.  Many tribal chiefs would use them much like a mace when presiding over important functions.  Please note our canes are for DECORATIVE USE AND WALKING STICKS ONLY.  (Not  to be used as medicinal walking aids.)
